Josh Mailman’s family endowed $33 million to fund Mailman School of Public Health and he’s a prolific seed investor in for-profit companies that generate social/environmental impact. He recently invested in 2008 CBS grad, David Del Ser of Frogtek. Will be great energy in the room and good food will be provided. – Happy Thanksgiving!

8th Annual Caribbean MBA Conference – Kingston, JA

Are you still looking for a winter break trip? Don’t have time to plan anything? Consider this…

The 8th Annual Caribbean MBA Conference will be held in Kingston, Jamaica (my hometown!) this year from January 3-10, 2010!

This will be an exciting event, a great opportunity to network with MBA students from other schools and a chance to hear from a great line up of speakers and panelists, including the Prime Minister of Jamaica and the Deputy Chairman of the Jamaica Stock Exchange .  There are also optional add on treks to Negril, Ocho Rios and Montego Bay.
